- Design software across all application layers using formal Agile-based methodologies, languages (UML) and design tools (IBM Rational).
- Implement scalable and maintainable applications deployed to IBM WebSphere Application Server, using Java/JEE, JSP, Spring Framework, Hibernate, MQ and DB2.
- Perform thorough and exhaustive unit, integration and system testing.
- Deploy, maintain and support applications in a mission-critical production environment for internal and external users.
- Implement improvements in architecture, tools, methodology, and development systems and processes.

We seek candidates with:
- Extensive experience developing end-to-end software in a mid- to large-scale or multi-tiered or client-server enterprise/production environment, using object-oriented analysis and design and formal development methodologies.
- Development experience in a Java application server environment.
